Water cooler installation

A word of caution here. Before choosing your water cooler supplier always ask how they install them! We spare no expense in making sure we give you a safe, reliable & discreet installation. We use the best kit, our technicians are highly trained (as well as smiley & polite) & we try hard to ensure the water connection & pipe work are neat & tidy. We fit a number of safety devices as standard. So another question for a potential supplier: “Do you fit a water block, a reset, a double check valve & a pressure restricting valve?” Very many companies don’t. We do - always. We also make very little mess & tidy up thoroughly when we’ve finished.

Water supply

All we need is to find a drinking water supply. Any size pipe will do. It can be copper, plastic or steel. If you’re unsure what you’ve got (it can be confusing) we are very happy to drop in & take a look. Electrical supply

We just need a 13amp socket close to where you would like your water cooler to be. Incidentally water coolers love to be left on at all times so keep your cleaners away from your chosen socket!

Here’s the terminology explained – sorry, but some people like it.

Water block & reset

We fit this between your water supply & the water cooler. In the unlikely event that the pipe work fails or your machine is badly damaged this will shut off the water.

Double check valve

This prevents any problems with your water cooler should your water supplier have a burst water main or be digging up the road.

Pressure regulating valve

This will also protect the water cooler should your water pressure rise for some reason. It does happen.

Leak detector

This is an optional extra. We can fit these to detect any leak inside your water cooler. 'Click here' for details.
