Water cooler & Water heater servicing and filter changes

This is such a crucial part of the Connect service that we are including it in our rental prices. Some less scrupulous companies try to charge you extra to service your water coolers and water heaters, so make sure any prices you’re given include both service & filters!

What’s involved?

Well, firstly a very pleasant water cooler (or water heater) care person will knock on your door every 6 months (as recommended by both industry associations). Once they start work he or she will look as though they are taking your water cooler completely to bits but they are in fact making sure the nooks & crannies inside your cooler, as well as the outside, are spotlessly clean. The surfaces in contact with water are treated with ozone to remove any bacteria that may be hiding there. We also swap your drip tray for a previously cleaned one – I bet our competitors don’t do that! We even leave a handy little bottle of cleaner for you to use until we come the next time.

ENVIRONMENT FACT – We use ozone & a biodegradable cleaning solution for this job so no harmful chemicals anywhere near your lovely water!
